Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled pediatric group delivering 24/7 virtual and in‑home care for children with special health care needs. This remote role requires Missouri residency, with working hours 8:00 am–5:00 pm CST, Monday–Friday and quarterly travel to Houston, TX.
As a Family Resource Specialist, you will connect families to non‑clinical supports, build community partnerships, and help navigate social services, while collaborating with care teams to close gaps in care.
