Caseworker​/Therapist

Ireland Home Based Services (IHBS) is seeking Home Based Family Caseworkers and Home Based Therapists to build positive behavioral change with families and children. IHBS holds Joint Commission accreditation for Behavioral Health Care and employs over 200 professionals providing multi‑modal interventions in Family Preservation and Reunification.

Salary: $47,028–$71,000 per year + Car (Personal Use Option Available)
Starting rates vary based on education, experience and licensure earned.

• Therapists holding an LCSW, LMHC or LMFT will earn a base minimum of $58,000 annually (potential increase based on experience).
• Therapists holding an LSW, LMHC-a or LMFT-a will earn a base minimum of $52,500 annually (potential increase based on experience).
• Therapists with temporary licenses or who are not yet licensed but hold a master’s degree in a Human Service‑related field and meet certain education requirements will earn a base minimum of $47,028 annually.

Salaried Therapists are eligible for monthly bonuses based on exceeding face‑to‑face service hour goals — with no cap on the amount you can earn.
We also offer a bonus for earning licensure, up to $500 annually for Continuing Education reimbursement, and free supervision for licensure to help you advance your career.

Salary: $40,000–$62,000 per year + Car (Personal Use Option Available)
With bonuses and overtime, the average annual income for a Home Based Family Caseworker I is $44,900. Starting wages are about $40,000 with full‑time hours. The pay range, including overtime and bonuses, is $40,000 to $62,000 based on actual income earned.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

Salary: $35,838–$50,000 per year + Car (Personal Use Option Available)
With bonuses and overtime, the average annual income for a Home Based Family Caseworker II is $43,775. Starting wages are about $36,000 with full‑time hours. The pay range, including overtime and bonuses, is $35,838 to $50,000 based on actual income earned.

• Associate's degree and 4 years’ experience providing services to families.
• High School Diploma/GED and 4 years’ experience providing services to families.
