Job Overview

• Promotes and sells air tickets to the traveling public or freight forwarders.
• Provides assistance with passenger check‑in and load acceptance.
• Interprets authorities regulations and requirements for domestic and international travel or cargo shipments.
• Meets and dispatches planes within established times.
• Assists distressed passengers and customers.
• Protects business assets and sales.
• Ensures safe travel.
• Applies motor skills to perform various job‑associated responsibilities.
• Uses organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks within a restricted time period.
• Works with minimal supervision.
• Responds during security and emergency situations.
• Follows internal/external rules and procedures.
• May be required to operate air stairs to board and deboard passengers.
• May handle Passenger Operations and tower functions.
• Works in various weather conditions (depending on airport region).
• Shifts may be irregular, extended hours, weekends and holidays.

• High school diploma, GED or international equivalent.
• High school degree or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree required.
• Bilingual language capabilities required in some locations.
• Valid driver's license as required by local government.
• Must pass FAA criminal background checks for access to airport security areas (SIDA) if applicable.
• Must acquire necessary airport authority/US Customs/CBP badges if required.
• Pre‑employment drug screening, background check, and fingerprinting required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Experience with Sabre or other passenger reservation systems.
• Previous face‑to‑face customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
