Merakey is seeking a Remote OVR Transition Coordinator to support students and participants with disabilities in preparing for employment and independence through partnership with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR). This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in Hampden, PA.
You will work with adolescents from 14 to 21, help develop transition programming, coordinate career exploration, collaborate with OVR and local employers, and document outcomes to meet program standards.
