Girl Talk is a mission-driven group practice built by and for Black women. Our team combines clinical excellence with genuine connection, creating a collaborative environment where therapists are supported, clients are cared for, and meaningful relationships are valued. We’ve intentionally built systems that make it easier for clients to access care—from responsive front‑desk support and insurance accessibility to timely scheduling—so therapists can focus on providing exceptional clinical care rather than managing administrative tasks.
At Girl Talk, we go beyond the typical contract or part-time roles, providing stable, full-time employment with comprehensive benefits. Our therapists enjoy manageable caseloads, streamlined documentation, dedicated administrative support that handles scheduling and client communication, and a flexible, supportive workplace that prioritizes sustainable careers. By empowering our team with secure and fulfilling careers, we’re not only investing in their professional growth but also positively impacting the well‑being of their families and the Black community as a whole.
