Meridian Services, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager / Social Worker. The position is remote in Chisago County, MN, with travel across Minnesota. Schedule is Monday–Friday daytime hours; after 6 months, up to 2 remote workdays per week are allowed. Starting wage is $51,000 annually plus a $1,800 sign-on bonus and full benefits.
Required:
active Social Work license or eligible licensure per MN Board; BSW or MSW preferred; 4-year degree in related fields; DHS and driving record checks are required.
