Tennessee Connections Academy seeks a School Counselor, Compliance & Student Engagement, working from a home office in Tennessee. The role reports to the Assistant Principal of Compliance & Engagement and supports attendance, engagement, compliance, intervention, truancy prevention, and dropout prevention for grades 4–12.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and community partners to identify barriers to student success, implement MTSS, and monitor progress.
