Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner; PMHNP - Women's Health - Arkansas resident​/licensed

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive,
  holistic psychiatric care to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients through a fully remote telehealth model
  .
• Practice within a care model that prioritizes clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist
• This is a 1099 contract, expected to average up to 5-10 hours a week
  .
• Conduct 60 minute intake and 20-30 minute follow ups using your clinical judgment to determine appropriate session length
• Adapt and grow with an early-stage startup environment
  , contributing to evolving workflows and best practices.

• Active Board Certified AR (Arkansas) PMHNP license in good standing
• Priority given to candidates who hold at least 3 additional state licenses in our open | coming soon markets

• RN Compact licensure preferred. No DEA required (We do not prescribe controlled substances)
• Minimum one year experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population
• 6+ months working in telehealth
• Solid understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal period
• Grounded in evidence based practices to inform treatment plans and guiding clinical care
• Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
• Adaptable and motivated to grow within an early-stage startup
  , contributing to evolving workflows while maintaining high quality mental health care
• Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and Google suite, as well as an eagerness to learn new programs efficiently
