This position is for licensed psychiatric nurse practitioners who wish to start or grow a private practice. You will use Headway’s tools, resources, and support to navigate insurance, streamline operations, and focus on quality patient care.

• Fully licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner.
• Valid DEA or CDS number.
• Board certification with ANCC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Malpractice insurance.
• Ability to start or expand a private practice while maintaining control over schedule, client load, and work environment.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You will have full autonomy over your practice, including setting your hours and managing your caseload.
