Service and Support Administrator (SSA)

As a Service and Support Administrator (SSA), you will serve as a case manager for individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them access services, coordinate supports, advocate for their needs, and work toward the goals that are most important to them.

A typical day includes meeting with the individuals on your caseload in the community. You might meet at their home, a coffee shop, one of our offices, or wherever they feel most comfortable. Throughout the day, you'll coordinate services, connect individuals with community resources, communicate with families and providers, and collaborate with your team to ensure each person receives the support they need.

You’ll make phone calls using the iPhone we provide, attend Zoom meetings with your team and service providers, document case notes, and update person-centered planning documents on the laptop we provide. Part of your day may be spent working from home, completing documentation and coordinating services, while the rest is spent in the field meeting with individuals and community partners. You may also stop by one of our offices to pick up supplies or work between appointments.

Every day is different, but your mission remains the same: to help the individuals you support live safe, meaningful, and self‑directed lives while ensuring they have access to the services and resources they need to thrive.
