Calvert County Government’s Office on Aging seeks a Case Manager to assist adults 60+ who are homeless or at risk, and clients in the SOAR program. You will work independently and with partners to coordinate services, interview clients, and document each case to ensure eligibility and access to resources.
The role requires effective communication, strong organization, and sensitivity to the needs of older adults, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
