As an ACTT Team Leader, you’ll guide both clinical care and team performance—ensuring children and families receive coordinated, high-quality, community-based services that promote stability, healing, and long-term success.

Lead and Develop a High‑Performing Team
- Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to ACTT staff
- Facilitate team meetings and promote a collaborative, solution‑focused culture
- Ensure staff meet productivity and documentation standards
- Oversee treatment planning, service delivery, and participant outcomes
- Monitor clinical documentation and compliance with program standards
- Support staff in delivering evidence‑based, family‑centered care
- Maintain a small caseload to stay connected to direct care
- Assist youth and families in building stability, independence, and long‑term success
- Promote strengths‑based, recovery‑oriented services
- Partner with internal leadership and community stakeholders to ensure coordinated care
- Contribute to program development, utilization management, and service improvements
- Support onboarding, training, and development of new team members
- Master’s degree in a human services or clinical field
- Active North Carolina clinical license (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
- 3–5 years of experience working with children with serious emotional or behavioral needs
- At least 2 years of experience in leadership, supervision, or team management
- Experience with evidence‑based practices and community‑based treatment models
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
- Valid NC driver’s license and ability to travel within the community
This is a flexible, hybrid role that includes community engagement, clinical oversight, and team leadership. Some evening, weekend, and on‑call responsibilities are required to support both staff and families.
