As an ACTT Team Leader, you’ll guide both clinical care and team performance—ensuring children and families receive coordinated, high-quality, community-based services that promote stability, healing, and long-term success.

________________________________________ Your Impact in This Role As ACTT Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in both clinical leadership and team development:
Lead and Develop a High‑Performing Team

• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to ACTT staff
• Facilitate team meetings and promote a collaborative, solution‑focused culture
• Ensure staff meet productivity and documentation standards

Drive Quality Clinical Care

• Oversee treatment planning, service delivery, and participant outcomes
• Monitor clinical documentation and compliance with program standards
• Support staff in delivering evidence‑based, family‑centered care

Support Youth and Families

• Maintain a small caseload to stay connected to direct care
• Assist youth and families in building stability, independence, and long‑term success
• Promote strengths‑based, recovery‑oriented services

Collaborate Across Systems

• Partner with internal leadership and community stakeholders to ensure coordinated care
• Contribute to program development, utilization management, and service improvements
• Support onboarding, training, and development of new team members

________________________________________ What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in a human services or clinical field
• Active North Carolina clinical license (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• 3–5 years of experience working with children with serious emotional or behavioral needs
• At least 2 years of experience in leadership, supervision, or team management
• Experience with evidence‑based practices and community‑based treatment models
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
• Valid NC driver’s license and ability to travel within the community

This is a flexible, hybrid role that includes community engagement, clinical oversight, and team leadership. Some evening, weekend, and on‑call responsibilities are required to support both staff and families.
