The mission of Insight Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School is to provide an exemplary individualized and engaging educational experience for students by incorporating school and community/family partnerships coupled with a rigorous curriculum along with a data-driven and student-centered instructional model. The Coordinator of Counseling Services provides leadership, supervision, and support for the school counseling and social work programs to ensure students receive high-quality academic, social-emotional, behavioral, and college and career readiness services.
This role promotes effective service delivery, supports staff development, and ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational expectations. Through collaboration with students, families, school leaders, and community partners, the Coordinator helps remove barriers to learning and advances student well-being, engagement, and success. The Coordinator utilizes data-informed decision making and continuous improvement practices to strengthen counseling services and student outcomes across the organization.
This is a full-time position requiring the ability to work independently for approximately 40 hours per week. A professional, distraction-free home office during the workday is required. Core hours are between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, while allowing for some flexibility as determined by school needs. Residency Requirement:
