United Way of Connecticut in Rocky Hill, CT is seeking a dedicated 211 Contact Center Specialist for information and referral to housing and other community resources. The role is full-time, second shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) with a hybrid schedule after training.
You will answer calls, chats and emails, assess needs, provide referrals, document interactions, follow protocols and safeguard confidentiality. Training is provided, with ongoing coaching and a mission-driven team to support you.
