The Department of Veterans Affairs in Detroit seeks a Peer Specialist for the VA Health Care for Homeless Veterans program at the VCRRC. This position is restricted to veterans who meet statutory requirements and have recovered from a mental health condition, with appropriate certification.
Duties include mentoring peers, supporting recovery, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team. Telework may be authorized; on-site work in Detroit 8:00–4:30, Monday-Friday; background checks required.
