Home Care Aide Supervisor | Case Manager NEEDED For Home Care Agency In Redding, CA

Company Overview

We are a home care agency serving 20 states since 2007, providing assistance with activities of daily living for the elderly. We are looking for quality people to join our team.

Remote position after 2 weeks of training in Eureka, CA (hotel and travel expenses paid). 3‑day visit to Corporate Office in Irvine, CA upon hire (all travel expenses paid).

• Supervise home care aides and coordinate care with clients.
• Communicate via phone, email, and Zoom; no on‑site visits required.
• Manage and use Microsoft Outlook and Word on a daily basis.
• Handle on‑call shifts every 10 weeks (one weekend day), available remotely 9 am–5 pm or 8 am–4 pm depending on the week.

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with seniors in home care or assisted living.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong multitasking, technical proficiency, and ability to work flexible hours.

• Starting salary $105,000.
• Healthcare benefits after 60 days.
• Profit‑sharing bonuses and 1 % salary increase for each revenue milestone, up to eight increases per year.
• No cap on bonus or base salary.

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with occasional late or weekend work as needed.
