The Family Specialist is responsible for completing daily contact with youth, transporting to group counseling and activities, and meeting the youth’s service plan requirements. This is a home-based program with services provided in the home.
Flexibility is required with evenings, weekends, and holidays; the typical work hours are 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The use of a personal vehicle is required, and timely documentation and coordination with the Case Manager are essential components of the role.
