Phoenix House California is seeking a full-time Parent Partner in Lake View Terrace, CA to provide one-on-one support to parents and caregivers within Wraparound services. You will attend Child and Family Team meetings, advocate for families, and coordinate with DCFS, DMH, and schools to ensure voices are heard and needs are met.
The position involves home-based services, crisis coverage as needed, and maintaining a caseload of ten to twelve families.
