South Carolina Department of Social Services is seeking an Intake Case Manager to handle high-volume calls about abuse/neglect of children and vulnerable adults. You will conduct phone interviews, assess risk, and enter data into CAPSS to create intakes. Responsibilities include referrals, documentation, and using policy to guide recommendations.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Social Work or related field, a valid driver's license, and Sunday-Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. shifts.
