The South Carolina Department of Social Services is seeking an Intake Case Manager for a remote role within the state. You will handle a high volume of calls regarding suspected abuse or neglect, conduct phone interviews, assess risk, and create accurate intakes in CAPSS.
You will document all information, use multiple systems, and provide recommendations based on policy and statute. Monthly travel to a local DSS office is required for software updates; work hours are Sunday to Thursday, 8:30
