School Psychologist Needed - Hybrid Role - 2026-2027

Pro Care Therapy is seeking a dedicated Bilingual (Spanish) School Psychologist to join a supportive school district in Bastrop, TX for the school year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a collaborative team in a flexible hybrid setting.

Position Details

• Position: Bilingual (Spanish) School Psychologist
• Location: Bastrop, TX
• School Year:
• Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Caseload: K-12
• Compensation: $50-$60 per hour (based on experience and district budget)
• Interview Status: District is actively interviewing

Requirements

• Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology
• Active Texas School Psychologist certification/licensure (LSSP) or ability to obtain
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong assessment, consultation, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct psycho educational evaluations for K-12 students
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Interpret assessment results and provide recommendations to support student success
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding behavioral and academic interventions
• Complete evaluations, reports, and documentation while maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Provide services through both onsite and virtual platforms
