Adams, Berks, Bradford, Bucks, Carbon, Chester, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Delaware, Franklin, Juniata, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Lehigh, Luzerne, Lycoming, Montour, Monroe, Montgomery, Northumberland, Northampton, Perry, Philadelphia, Pike, Schuylkill, Snyder, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, Union, Wayne, Wyoming, and York counties.
This role focuses on conducting field work, reviewing apprenticeship programs, and supporting sponsors as they build strong training structures. As an Eastern Compliance Apprenticeship and Training Representative, you will perform the following duties:
- Field Outreach:
Carry out independent field work and connect with employers, unions, schools, and organizations to review apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs - Program Reviews:
Conduct provisional and compliance reviews and document results according to policies and established procedures - Sponsor Support:
Assist sponsors in understanding concerns, improving program structures, and addressing issues raised during reviews - Technical Guidance:
Provide direction to organizations interested in apprenticeship and make recommendations that align with state standards and regulations - Training Engagement:
Deliver presentations and conduct training sessions for statewide and local audiences on expanding apprenticeship opportunities - Data Tracking:
Maintain communication records, use required tracking systems such as RAPIDS, and prepare reports related to apprenticeship activities

Work Schedule and Additional Information- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework:
You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to your designated headquarter location fulltime. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.

Location:
Selected candidate may choose a headquartered location within a PA Careerlink® or Labor & Industry location in the designated coverage area based on the location of the staff member and availability of office space.
- One year as a Workforce Development Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Two years of experience in performing technical work in a workforce development program, and a bachelor’s degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
- This position requires federally compliant identification such as a U.S. Passport, REAL , or Military the time of conditional job offer.
