Addus Home Care is hiring a Family Service Specialist in Illinois to assist families through DCFS programs and provide home-based support. Travel for supervised visits is common, and duties include teaching homemaking and parenting skills, recording progress, and reporting outcomes.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 21 years old; an associates degree or 2 years of child welfare experience is preferred. Eligible employees receive benefits and may travel extensively.
