The Larimer County Department of Human Services seeks a dedicated Case Manager in the Benefits and Community Support (BCS) Division to aid clients in overcoming barriers to employment. You will provide case management, assessments, and referrals within Employment First/Colorado Works programs, helping clients achieve sustainable employment.
Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM with hybrid work requiring at least one in-office day per week. A remote-work stipend is provided.
