Center For Human Services is seeking an Early Intervention Service Coordinator to support families of infants and toddlers in the Jefferson County area from home offices and field visits. You will lead the IFSP process, facilitate meetings, collect family information, and coordinate services under state contracts.
Qualifications include a BA/BS in related fields and 1–3 years working with families and young children; valid driver’s license and insurance are required.
