Social Worker in the Adult Learning Disabilities Team

As a Social Worker in the Adult Learning Disabilities Team, you'll support adults with learning disabilities to live independently, make informed choices and achieve the best possible outcomes. Working across the Island, you'll carry out assessments, develop person-centred care plans and build strong relationships with individuals, families and partner agencies.

You'll take the lead on complex cases, contribute to safeguarding work and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure people receive the right support at the right time. This role also qualifies for a recruitment incentive of £3,000, payable in the 1st, 13th, and 25th months of employment.

  • - Be registered with Social Work England.

  • Post qualifying experience as a social worker
