Lund's Adoption Program seeks a Post Adoption Case Manager to support families formed through adoption with individualized parent coaching and resource coordination. You will educate on trauma, attachment, and lifelong needs, and advocate in schools and with service providers.
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position requiring home-based work with in-person visits to Windsor and Windham Counties, Vermont.
