Child & Family Support Specialist (Therapeutic Mentor)

Salary Range:$22–$24/hour

- Participate in clinical services and assessments to support emotional and behavioral needs
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree required plus 1 year experience
- Lived experience plus 5+ years working with children and families
Skills:
- Experience working with children and families with significant mental health or behavioral challenges
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fluency in English required; multilingual skills a bonus
