Choctaw Advantage Solutions (CAS) seeks a Family Advocacy Nurse (FAN) to join the installation’s Family Advocacy Program (FAP) team. The FAN provides comprehensive, home-based prevention and nursing support to military families who are expecting a child or have children under four years of age, with a primary focus on preventing child and partner maltreatment.
This field-oriented position centers on home visitation, maternal and child health, family education, prevention, and case management.
