The South Carolina Department of Social Services seeks an Intake Case Manager to handle high-volume calls about abuse/neglect, perform risk assessments, and complete intakes using CAPSS. The role requires adherence to DSS policy and SC statutes, with routine work hours Tue–Sat 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Experience in child welfare is highly desired; a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required. Training commitments are ongoing for professional growth.
