The Bridge Project is recruiting an Outreach Recovery Coordinator to deliver home-based substance misuse treatment as part of the Treatment Team. You will coordinate care, perform assessments, and guide service users from entry through completion of their recovery journey.
You must have two years of relevant experience, a driving licence, and an enhanced DBS check. The role requires strong organisation, communication, and teamwork within a multidisciplinary group.
