Inside Track, a division of Lemnis, seeks an Inside Track Crisis Support Specialist to support students in crisis by triaging requests and connecting them with community resources. This is a full-time, primarily remote role with structured shifts and a focus on safety, empathy, and timely follow-up.
The CSS team covers hours 5 AM–6 PM PT Monday–Thursday and 5 AM–5 PM PT on Fridays, with flexibility for an ideal 9 AM–6 PM PT window.
