RISE Services Inc. is seeking dedicated Family Support Specialists to serve Maricopa County families. This remote role involves delivering the Family Connections and Nurturing Parenting Programs, in-home case management, and supportive services as required by ADCS.
You will coordinate services, meet families weekly or monthly, document progress, and adapt to evenings and weekends. A Bachelor’s degree, valid AZ driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required; travel is extensive.
