- Manage a caseload focused on children looked after following care proceedings, including the potential discharge of care orders and ad hoc court work.
- Employ your expertise to ensure that all work meets local authority and court timelines.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure supportive and efficient handling of each case.
- Utilize the Protocol LCS system to document and track case details effectively.
- Communicate skillfully with children, families, and professional networks, ensuring the best possible outcomes for children in care.
- Balance office attendance and home working to maintain comprehensive case coverage.
- Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in safeguarding or CIOC roles.
- Must be a proficient car driver with excellent team and communication skills.
- Experience with Protocol LCS system is an advantage.
