Location: Northern
The University of Vermont is seeking a Veteran Housing Service Coordinator for the Northern VT Region to provide case management and housing navigation services to very low-income veterans and their families. You will work to stabilize housing, connect clients to resources, and guide them through the housing stability process using Housing First and trauma-informed approaches.
