UP Kids is seeking a MiFamily Together (MFT) Advocate in Ironwood, MI to provide intensive, home-based family preservation and reunification services to children and caregivers referred by MDHHS. The Advocate partners with families using a strengths-based, trauma-informed, Two-Generation approach to improve child safety and stability.
You will engage with families, deliver direct services, document progress, and ensure compliance while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
