The Adoption Program at Lund seeks a Post Adoption Case Manager to support families formed through adoption. The role emphasizes family stability and resiliency via parent coaching, education on trauma and lifelong needs, and advocacy in school settings.
This is a full-time, 40-hour-a-week position, home-based with in-person work in Windsor and Windham Counties, Vermont. Starting rate is $25/hr; regular travel throughout southern Windsor and Windham County is required.
