Choctaw Advantage Solutions (CAS) seeks a Family Advocacy Nurse to join the Family Advocacy Program (FAP) team. This home-based role focuses on preventing maltreatment through maternal/child health and family education for military families.
The FAN serves as primary case manager for NPSP clients, conducts home visits, coordinates care with MTF and FAP providers, and promotes family wellness and safety while maintaining nursing standards.
