Choctaw Advantage Solutions (CAS) seeks a Family Advocacy Nurse (FAN) to join the installation's Family Advocacy Program (FAP) team. The FAN provides home-based prevention and nursing support to military families who are expecting a child or have children under four, with a focus on preventing maltreatment.
This is a field-oriented role centered on home visitation, maternal and child health, education, prevention, and case management; the FAN serves as the primary case manager for NPSP clients
