• Provides case management services.
• Prepares and drafts reports, correspondence, documents, and alternative written products.
• Serves as an expert witness, providing recommendations and formal testimony in civil court.
• Offers consultation and guidance to internal staff, external agencies, and other collaborative partners.
• Directs patients, inmates, and clients to additional available services or external resources.
• Oversees forensic evaluations and GMC referrals while supporting the timely tracking and submission of evaluation and treatment reports.

• The Ideal Candidate Must be licensed as a Certified Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Mental Health l Counselor in the state of Utah.
• Has experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and related conditions for at least 2 years.
• Has experience working with the court system.
