Homeshare Vermont is seeking a Case Manager to join a team delivering homesharing services in the Central and Northeast region, aiding both housing seekers and home sharers while handling outreach and client recruitment.
Responsibilities include interviewing and screening participants, researching matches, facilitating introductions and agreements, maintaining confidential files, coordinating outreach with our Communications Specialist, and attending weekly meetings.
