Our Community Our Kids (OCOK) seeks On-Call Permanency Specialists to support day staff with permanency planning and placement for abused and neglected children. This is a remote role requiring rapid field response after business hours, including nights and weekends, and occasional travel within the region.
You will collaborate with youth, families, and stakeholders, document case records, assess safety, and work toward timely permanency outcomes while maintaining strict confidentiality.
