since 1965, is excited to expand our Homeless Intervention team by
hiring a full-time Housing Case Manager. Starting annual salary $51,000
to $56,000, 4 day work week, with remote hybrid work options after
training period. This position will assist people experiencing
homelessness or at risk of homelessness by providing case management to
individuals and families experiencing homelessness including assessment,
individualized service plan development, support, advocacy, and
referral. This position may be based out of our Glenwood City or
Menomonie locations with regular work-at-home options after training.

OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS- Associate degree in social work or related field;
- bachelors degree preferred Minimum of 2 years' social service
- experience working with people experiencing poverty, mental illness,
- and/or substance use disorders Demonstrated experience with crisis
- intervention and case management Knowledge of community resources &
- social service systems Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer skills sufficient for data gathering, documentation, and
- reporting Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and
- acceptable driving record
