Durham County Government is seeking an Income Maintenance professional to process Adult Medicaid applications and lead a team of caseworkers in the Social Services department. You will interview clients, determine eligibility, inform clients of rights and obligations, and ensure accuracy and timely processing in a supportive county setting.
Preference is given to candidates with direct Adult Medicaid experience and NC FAST knowledge, with strong analytical, communication and training skills.
