Alliance Health is seeking a Supportive Housing Specialist to foster collaboration among landlords and providers to improve access to affordable housing and reduce evictions in Mecklenburg County, NC. This full-time hybrid role requires onsite meetings in Charlotte and regional travel.
You will train providers on Fair Housing and Olmstead, ensure ADA compliance, coordinate housing placements for individuals with behavioral health needs, and maintain outcomes and performance records.
