Location: New York
Voices for Voices seeks an experienced I/O psychologist to collaborate on developing and psychometrically validating the AQ assessment. You will translate psychometric findings into practical business-ready outputs and work closely with founder Liz Tran.
The engagement includes item pool construction, piloting, exploratory factor analysis, reliability testing, and delivering a pilot report with actionable recommendations for Phase 2 collaboration. Remote/flexible work arrangement will apply.
