Together for Youth seeks a Prevention Family Specialist to support families through home-based casework within the Albany Home Run Prevention Program at Cohoes Middle School. The role focuses on preserving family unity, providing counseling, and linking families to resources to assure children's safety, well-being, and permanency.
Embedded in the school during normal hours with possible before/after-school contacts, the Specialist builds strong relationships, coordinates services, and advocates
