- Social Services What you will do?
- Provide a minimum of one-hour weekly, home-based family therapy sessions to clients
- Utilize the Functional Family Therapy model with families who have adolescents between the ages of 10 and 18.
- Hande a caseload of 10 to 15 families, providing services anywhere from eight to 26 weeks.
- Maintain flexibility in schedule to meet families when they are available.
- Facilitate community resource planning, case progress evaluation & permanency planning.
- Participate in discharge planning & documentation.
- Interface with school, medical & psychiatric contacts, referring worker and collaterals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for case management.

A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work, human services, criminal justice or a related field is needed for this position. Prior experience in family therapy or youth services preferable but, not required.
