Social Work Supervisor
The Social Work Supervisor provides clinical and administrative oversight of multiple programs that are complex and serve Veterans with high psychosocial and medical needs. The incumbent supervises Social Workers (SW) within the following areas:
Community Living Center (CLC), Acute Rehabilitation Unit, Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT), and Home Based Primary Care (HBPC). This position is located at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center within Social Work Service.
