Location: New York
New York-Presbyterian Hospital in New York, NY seeks a Sr. Social Worker for the Home-Based Crisis Intervention program serving youth ages 5-20 in Washington Heights, Inwood, and West Harlem.
The Interventionist delivers evidence-based treatments in clients' homes and schools, coordinates care with community providers, and participates in supervision with routine clinical check-ins. This is a grant-funded 1199 role that is field-based with on-site presence, with hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
